Arrival and access
When you arrive, please make our way to the security gatehouse where you will be issued with a security pass. This must be worn and visible at all times whilst on site.
If you are registered to attend a course or event, your details will have been pre-registered. Otherwise, you may be asked to provide photo ID.
The security team will then direct you to the car park. From there, please make your way to the main reception area where you will signed in.
Important information: The building perimeter (ring) road operates a clockwise one-way system. Please be sure to turn left when passing through the gatehouse security barrier and follow the one-way signs around the site.

Accessibility and resonable adjustments
We are committed to ensuring that our courses and events are as accessible as possible for everyone. Whilst our facilities have disabled access throughout, we are also able to make further adjustments wherever we can, for example by producing resources in an accessible format or producing personal emergency evacuation plans (PEEPs) for individuals with reduced mobility.
Please let us know before arriving at the venue if you need any additional support.
Catering and refreshments
Please check your joining instructions for information on whether lunch and refreshemnts will be provided during your time on site (for training courses, they are included as standard, and you will have been asked to let us know if any dietary requirements in advance of the day/s).
There are also facilities on-site where food and drinks can be purchased throughout the day.
Electric vehicle charging
There are four electric vehicle (EV) charging points in the visitor car park which are available to use on a first come, first served basis.
The charging power outage is 7Kw per hour and the charge per hour is set.
If you wish to use one of these, you will need to download the eocharging.com app and set up your bank details for payment, the instructions can be found on the charging points.
Once your vehicle is charged, please move your vehicle out of the space to allow others to use the facility.
